Guest Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 3–7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

Hotel Cancellations:

• If Hotel Eden Palace cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule, subject to availability.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds for payments made via third-party platforms (e.g., booking agencies) will be subject to their respective policies.
• Non-refunded amounts (e.g., processing fees) are non-negotiable.

Modification of Bookings

• Booking modifications (e.g., change of dates or room type) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Requests for modifications must be made at least 3 days prior to check-in.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, your booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
